VERITIS LUX CONSULTING, trading as Veritís Lux Consulting (“we”, “us”), operates this website and the services described on it. These terms apply to your use of both.
These terms govern your use of this website and your communications with Veritís Lux Consulting, a Texas limited liability company (“Veritís Lux”, “we”, “us”). Paid engagements are governed by a separate signed service agreement; where that agreement and these terms conflict, the signed agreement controls.
Using this site
This website is provided for information. You may not use it to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others. We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
Messaging terms
These terms apply to text messages (SMS) exchanged with us. They mirror the SMS section of our Privacy Policy.
- Programme description. Veritís Lux sends conversational and service-related text messages: replies to enquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates about work in progress.
- Consent. You will only receive texts from us if you gave express written consent, given by ticking the SMS consent box on a form on this site or by otherwise explicitly opting in. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency. Frequency varies with the conversation.
- Charges. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for messages; your mobile carrier may.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop sending texts. You will receive one confirmation message.
- Help. Reply HELP, email info@veritisluxconsulting.com, or call (945) 298-1373.
- Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Supported carriers. Delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed on every network.
- No resale of consent. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Services and quotes
Anything described on this site is an outline of what we offer, not an offer capable of acceptance. Prices shown on the site are indicative and may change; the price that applies to you is the one in your signed agreement or written proposal.
Some capabilities we deliver depend on third-party platforms and carrier approvals that we do not control. In particular, business text messaging in the United States requires A2P 10DLC registration under each sending business's own legal entity, and approval timelines are set by carriers rather than by us. We will tell you what is required and what to expect, but we cannot guarantee a registration date.
Client responsibilities
If we deliver services to you, you are responsible for the accuracy of information you give us, for holding valid consent from the people you ask us to contact on your behalf, and for complying with the laws that apply to your own marketing and messaging.
Third-party platforms
Our platform is delivered using infrastructure and services we license from third-party providers. Your use of our platform is therefore also subject to those providers' terms where they apply, and we are not responsible for outages, changes, or pricing decisions made by them. We will tell you which providers are involved on request.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and marks on this site belong to Veritís Lux Consulting or its licensors. Ownership of work produced under a client engagement is set out in that engagement's agreement.
No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your pricing, your capacity to answer and service leads, and platform behaviour. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a specific number of leads, appointments, or revenue.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veritís Lux is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts located in Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
