Book a call
Home services & local business

The calls you miss are the jobs you lose.

Most local businesses don't have a lead problem. They have a follow-up problem. We build the system that catches every enquiry, answers it in seconds, books it into your calendar, and keeps asking for the review afterwards.

The leak

You already paid for those leads.

Every enquiry that goes unanswered cost you something to earn: a sign, a referral, a rank, a reputation built over years. Here is where they usually drain away.

Missed calls

You were on a roof, under a sink, or driving. They called the next name on the list before you got back to the van.

Slow follow-up

A reply the next morning is a reply after they've already booked someone else. Speed is most of the advantage.

Leads in five places

Voicemail, texts, the contact form, Facebook, a note on the dash. No single list means no reliable follow-up.

Reviews never asked for

Happy customers stay quiet unless prompted. The ones who complain never need reminding.

What we build

One system, doing the boring part relentlessly.

Not a website you look at once. A working engine that captures, responds, books, and follows up whether or not anyone in your office is free.

Every lead in one place

Calls, texts, web forms, Google Business messages and social DMs land in a single inbox with a real pipeline behind it. Nothing lives in someone's phone.

An AI front desk

A voice agent that picks up when you can't. It qualifies the caller, answers the routine questions, books the slot, and logs the whole thing to your CRM.

Answered in seconds

New enquiries get an instant response, and a missed call triggers an automatic text back before the caller has finished dialling your competitor.

Booked, not chased

A real calendar with reminders, so the job goes straight into the schedule instead of into a game of phone tag.

Reviews on autopilot

Every completed job triggers a review request, and the results are monitored in one place alongside your Google Business Profile.

Your old list, working again

Past customers are the cheapest work you will ever win. Reactivation campaigns put that database back to use instead of letting it sit.

How it goes

Live in weeks, not quarters.

01

A real conversation

Twenty minutes on what you do, where the work comes from, and what's actually falling through.

02

We build it

Pipeline, calendars, forms, follow-up sequences and your number, configured around how your business really runs.

03

Compliance and go-live

Business texting requires carrier registration under your own entity. We handle the filing and tell you honestly how long it takes.

04

We keep tuning it

You see what came in and what converted. We adjust the sequences, the timings and the scripts as real data arrives.

Who this suits

Built for businesses where the phone is the front door.

Heating and air, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, cleaning, pest control, and plenty of local businesses that aren't trades at all. The common thread isn't the industry. It's that enquiries arrive faster than anyone can answer them, and the person best placed to sell the job is the person already doing the work.

If you're a one-van operation, the front desk is the thing you don't have. If you're running a crew, it's the thing that stops scaling with you.

Straight answer

We'd rather tell you it won't work.

Veritis Lux Consulting is new, and we're not going to dress up someone else's numbers as our own. What we will do is show you the system running, explain exactly what it costs to operate, and be specific about what it can and cannot do before you commit to anything.

If your problem is capacity rather than conversion, more leads will make your life worse. That's a conversation worth having before you spend money, not after.

Questions

The things people actually ask.

Honestly: it depends on the carriers, not on us. Business text messaging in the US requires A2P 10DLC registration under your own business entity, and approval times are set by the carriers. Everything else goes live while that registration is in the queue: your site, CRM, calendar, email follow-up and call handling. We start the filing on day one precisely because it's the slowest part.
Your contacts and conversation history are yours. Your account sits within our agency on the platform we build in, and the exit terms are written into the agreement up front, either a full export or a transfer of the account to you. We'd rather settle that at the start than argue about it at the end.
No. The voice agent identifies itself and works within a defined scope: qualifying, answering routine questions, and booking. Urgent calls like a gas smell, a flood, or no heat in winter get routed to a human rather than dropped into next Tuesday's calendar.
Only if the one you have is losing you work. Plenty of businesses need better capture and follow-up far more than they need a redesign. We'll tell you which situation you're in.
