Pricing

Two systems. Pick the one that fits.

One monthly fee covers the platform, the build, and us running it. Setup is a one-off. No long lock-in, no percentage of your revenue.

Prices shown are indicative. Final scope and price are agreed on the call, before anything starts.

Book a call

Call, message and AI-voice usage is billed at cost plus a small margin on top of the monthly fee, because it varies enormously with how busy you are. We show you the per-unit rates before you sign, and you set a monthly cap.

Add-ons

Extras, when you need them

AI voice, missed calls only

The Front Desk receptionist on its own, picking up nothing but the calls you don't. It answers, qualifies and books while you're on a job or off the clock, and hands you the summary. Available without the rest of the system.

Additional phone numbers

Separate tracking numbers per service line, campaign, or crew.

Additional locations

A second or third branch with its own calendar, routing and reporting.

Custom integrations

Connecting the system to field-service software, accounting, or whatever you already run.

Pricing questions

Before you ask

The build. Your pipeline, calendars, forms, follow-up sequences, review flows and phone configuration, set up around how your business really runs rather than a template with your logo dropped on it. It also covers the carrier registration filing, which is genuine work and the part most likely to go wrong if it's rushed.
Because a quiet month and a storm-damage month are not the same business. Bundling usage into a flat fee means either overcharging you in slow periods or capping you exactly when the work is coming in. You get the per-unit rates in writing before signing, and you set a ceiling.
There's an initial term to cover the build, and after that it's month to month. Exit terms, including what happens to your contacts and account, are written into the agreement before you sign, not negotiated when you leave.
Yes, and most people should. Get the capture and follow-up working first, see what volume actually arrives, then decide whether an AI front desk earns its keep. Moving up doesn't mean rebuilding.
After carrier registration clears, which is outside our control and can take weeks. We file on day one and build everything else in parallel, so the site, CRM, calendar, email follow-up and call handling are all live while the SMS side is in the queue. Anyone promising you same-week texting is either skipping the registration or hasn't done it before.

Not sure which one?
